A Valentine's Day culinary event experienced in the comfort of your own home! 

After one of our shuckers experimented with melting chocolate onto a broiled oyster last Valentine's Day, we knew we had to give this mignonette recipe a shot. After it passed the BOC Test Kitchen, we couldn't wait to get feedback from our customers. 

Open the jar and experience an aroma that feels like enjoying a chocolate covered strawberry by the briniest part of the Bay. The light bitterness of the cacao compliments both the sweet of the fruit as well as the salt of the oyster. We also added in a few raspberries to punch up the tartness of the vinegar. 

Add a teaspoon to raw or cooked oysters and enjoy!

Ingredients include:

Fresh Strawberries, Fresh Raspberries, Stone Ground Cacao, Red Wine Vinegar, Shallots, Salt, and Pepper

Pickup at this time is only available on Fridays, after 12 noon. Orders will be placed under the PICK-UP sign at our headquarters (address shown at checkout).

Shipping for oysters:
our shipping days for oysters are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Please select the date you would like your items to be shipped. Estimated 1 day delivery from selected shipping date. We suggest choosing a shipping day 2 days or more prior if a specific delivery date is needed, to account for any shipping errors (oysters can be kept refrigerated for a week prior to consumption). We offer free 1-day ground shipping to zip codes within our zone, and $35 flat rate shipping to all other locations in the US. For bulk orders: $40 shipping fee added for every 50lbs.
