Join us for an extraordinary evening as two incredible chefs – Chef Melissa McGrath of
Sweet Amalia Market, and Chef Pablo Toxqui of Haute Feast – come together for one
unforgettable culinary experience.
The evening begins with a welcome hour raw bar, where guests will enjoy a side-by-
side tasting of oysters from Sweet Amalia and Barnegat Oyster Collective, alongside
other raw bar delights and seasonal mocktails. Guests will also have the opportunity to
meet oyster farmers Lisa Calvo of Sweet Amalia Oyster Farm and Matt Gregg of Forty
North Oyster Farm, and hear firsthand the stories behind the oysters on the table.
From there, guests will gather at long communal tables overlooking the bay for a six-
course seasonal dinner, prepared over the fire by Chef Melissa and Chef Pablo. Each
course will highlight ingredients sourced from our most trusted local farm partners — a
true celebration of the land, sea, and season, brought to life by two acclaimed chefs.
